What our technology of the measurement of power - Vtech dyno - is offering
to you ?
Gigantic speed of collecting the information
Fundamental flaw in solutions of dynos existing on the market is their
frequency of the sampling. On graphs from dyno of see many companies one can see
clearly a few or a dozen or so lines, from which the shape of characteristics is
estimated. Of course smoothing the graph with curves is also possible but
whether can we call it the actual result? Usually the power and the torque is
sampled on dyno every 0.3-1.0 sec. and the established result is de facto the
average power and the average moment in such a time interval. In the effect of
such techniques measuring twice the rotational moment which changes violently
(as in turbodieslels) is giving two different results. It depends how ranges of
the sampling will overlap.
A few years ago our company invented the new technology of the measurement of
the rotational moment which applied both to braked dynos and inertial dynos. The
method of the measurement was planned originally for laboratory measurements of
the power but it is also in our trade offer. The method is based on TrueForce™
technology patented by us (reserved Vtech sign), which allows for measuring the
torque completely smoothly (fluently). From a point of view of the speed of the
changes of power on dyno, the measurement is being made in the real time and
with the unbelievable accuracy. In fact in every second of the measurement the
trans-coder of the dyno is providing five thousands informations about momentary
value of the torque and the power - one independent measuring point is being put
on the graph every 0.0002 second. The error of determining the temporal moment
is smaller than 0.000015 s. (fifteen millionths of second). Furthermore, such an
accuracy is being offered in standard version - it is possible to measure faster
- it is depending only on the speed of the transcoder applied. Changes are
smooth on graphs. Why? Because the work of an engine and changes in the moment
also are not violent, on account of the great own inertia. The accuracy of the
measurement is high so the graph is smooth and the line is not wobbling, but
stopping of the measurement or the smallest disruption is „mercilessly” picked
up and it is possible to point exact rotations of the engine for which it
appeared. It is possible to observe subtle phenomena, like temporary resonances,
slip of wheels (position of the rolls at any time is known within the accuracy
of fractions of the degree) or minimal loss of torque at balancing the pressure.
What's more even single escaping ignitions are lowering the torque of the engine
and they are visible in spite of the existence of the flywheel! Furthermore -
results are reproducible in many tests (of course if we are caring about keeping
the fixed temperature of the engine and we aren't repeating tests one after
another too many times) -as far as we want. And everything without any
smoothing, without the averaging, without counting by the imaginary per cent and
rates. No other solution is offering such an accuracy and precision - you must
simply see it in order to appreciate possibilities of the TrueForce™ system
fully.
The very big accuracy of the measurement and the high repetitiveness
An advantage, resulting straight from our innovative method of the
measurement, is a really big repetitiveness. Since rotations of roll are being
measured up unusually exactly, measurements of the torque and the power and a
positioning of points on the graph are also accurate. On account of good
(lozyska), the great inertia and the smoothness of rolls and very precise
balancing of rolls, the accuracy of the measurement is also higher than in
different rival solutions. Moreover, the dynos are being calibrated with the use
of the gravitational model (wzorzec) of the torque - what is guaranteeing
appropriate values of absolute measured parameters.
The possibility of the easy expansion and the modularity of solutions
Probably everyone who is deciding to spend several dozen thousand zloties on
a device such as a dyno, would like to know, what next, what to do, when his
needs will grow.
Our solutions are entirely modular. It is possible to exchange rolls in them
(three accessible different versions of the weight of rolls - 125 kg, 150kg,
180kg), to install electro-spin brakes, to extend one-axe dynos to 4x4 (inertial
or braked). All necessary measurements and conditions of the building
development for given options can be provided in advance in the form of plans -
so the user can (przymierzyc) the possibilities ofhis room designed for the dyno
also assuming its future expansion.
The fact that it isn't necessary to invest a lot of money at once is another
advantage resulting from the modularity. If the deviceyou dream ofis a mighty
4x4 dyno with two brakes and full accessories to laboratory measurements - you
can start by purchasing inertial dyno - to install the brake next, after that
the second axis, finally the other brake and sensors together with the measuring
card. Everything like from Lego blocks.

As many as over 20 companies at home and abroad chose our solution -
including many known and popular Polish tuners and specialist companies! We are
the biggest producer of dynos in central Europe. You can meet graphs produced by
our measuring system everywhere - in the Internet, in newspapers, in hands of
the ones which are testing their cars on our dynos. Results from our dynos are
coinciding with themselves thanks to the calibration of a ready dyno in our
company. Our system is known universally. The most dynos in Poland are produced
by Vtech. You can examine our dynos not only in (business premises) in Cracow -
but also in Warsaw and surroundings, Lublin, Lodz, Piotrkow Trybunalski, Zgierz,
Rzeszow, Bilgoraj. We are installing only in Poland one dyno monthly. Abroad our
dynos are working in United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Lithuania and Latvia.
Impeccable workmanship raising the prestige of the owner
Our dynos are being made on steel frames, covered with fitted lids of
(ryflowanej) brass, galvanized or painted twice and conserved. Rolls are made
with the method without edges (welds and balancing weights are not visible) are
next knurl (?) and covered with technical chromium. Lifts raising cars are
covered with specially shaped porous lids. The controlling computer is being put
in professional industrial casings -driver of the electro-spin brake also. The
whole of steering is put in the 19’stand - standard of industrial frames. We are
delivering all needed elements in the set. Address data of the buyer is being
presented on printouts and protocols - and the graph can have any logo as the
background – preferably the logo of the company of the customer.
Which dyno should you choose?
Since dyno isn't a cheap device, it is well to know exactly which options you
need, which you should resign or invest in them at a later date - in the measure
of the increase of needs and loads of your dyno. Perhaps you already know
specifically for a long time what you need - or you formed an opinion having
read the above description of functioning of individual types of dynos. If you

to tune motorbikes before the competition - dyno can turn out to be the only

How to buy a dyno?
First you should decide, which dyno will meetyour expectations best, choose
an option and set of sensors which will of use for you and determine
possibilities of future upgrade of the system. Next you must make sure that the
room for dyno is fit for it and basing on the project delivered by Vtech – plan
its localisation, powering, the space for the steering system (computer), and
anchors permitting to secure car. If you already make a decision about buying
the device, you order the specified version (you are signing the written order
form, tying for both pages). You are making the advance payment. Vtech is
determining the dyno delivery time - terms are vacillating from 2 weeks to 3
months - depending on the complexity of the order. Our specialists will bring in
the time due the dyno to you - however you must prepare earlier the foundation
for it , according to the plan. Dyno is installed and started during one or two
working days (dyno is being calibrated still in the factory, in Cracow). Your
staff is left trained (operating manuals for the dyno are also being provided in
the printed and digital form). You can start measurements.
You can choose a few ways of financing. Simplest is a payment of the advance
payment and a surcharge for the 100% of the price at installation of the dyno.
It is also possible to lease a dyno. Among others, European Leasing Fund and
Volks Bank Leasing are taking on such a service.
Guarantee
The Vtech company is guaranteeing correct and failure-free functioning of the
dyno and no faults in mechanisms during the period of two years. After the
guarantee period our company is proposing paid inspections by the authorised
staff - during the first month of the next year of the exploitation. Making the
prompt inspectionprolonges the guarantee to the next year, through the period of
7 years from the date of the purchase. The normal and prolonged guarantee is not
valid for elements which will be destroyed or worn out by the wrong exploitation
or application of wrong materials (it concerns bearings in the particular). We
are testing the calibration during every inspection of your dyno. Such rules of
the guarantee are legible and permit the purchaser to feel secure through the
entire period of using dyno - that is many years.
